Mary A. Stockhauser MS, RD, CDN

Hello! My name is Mary Stockhauser and I am a Registered Dietitian (RD). I have my Master of Science in nutrition and dietetics through the accredited combined Master and Internship program at SUNY Oneonta. I’m a nature-loving, sweets seeker, who travels to enjoy the most well-known food around. I have been helping those physically, mentally, and emotionally feel their best through my personalized nutrition counseling for over three years.

I strongly believe there is power through food and nutrition to directly affect the way you feel and live not only now, but in the years to come. I am here to help guide and educate the everyday person on the impact of the choices they make each and every day.

Do you want to stop feeling guilty after eating something? Do you want to build muscle and reach peak performance in the gym? Are you tired of feeling bloated and sluggish after eating? Start your nutrition journey with me today to feel your best physically, mentally, and emotionally.

What Makes Someone a Registered Dietitian (RD)?

To become a dietitian, it is required to obtain a Bachelor's Degree in Nutrition, complete a dietetic internship and pass a national exam. The dietetic internship must be completed by an accredited supervised practice program of a total of 1,200 hours. In 2024, the requirements are increasing to require a Master's degree to be able to sit and take the exam.
